The first part of the video was built for the Cloud ERP UX demo pod at SAP d-com Germany 2023, a two-day internal showcase at the SAP Arena showfloor in Mannheim. The second half is the identity and production process behind what has become SAP User Feedback Day.
A recurring customer research event bringing end users, researchers, and product teams together across SAP sites worldwide. Six editions in three years — Germany, India, China, and growing.
I have created a communication system — Figma and PowerPoint templates covering keynote, agenda loop, print materials, and customer-facing collateral, with production guidelines and a starter kit so new teams can run the initiative anywhere.
For the 2026 Walldorf edition I owned full execution, from opening keynote to an Executive Summary distributed to GM/CPO level and above. Senior stakeholders called it "extraordinarily" run.
Below: Evolution of the event theme from the boutique pilot in 2022 to a scalable adaptive system in 2026.

Content: user research method cards, stickers, buttons, experience snack, business growth juice, magic marker, sunglasses for a bright future.

UX Loves Innovation is a recurring knowledge-sharing event run by SAP Business Suite UX since 2024. I design the collateral for each edition — posters, booth materials, and event advertising. This is a poster series made to advertise the event across the Walldorf campus.
Poster advertisment concept for the UX Loves Innovation event series.
Reusable poster templates were adopted using Canva for the team to produce and iterate on event materials faster, without starting from scratch each time.
A project managers dream, a real-time view of all projects running in the team – linked to the goal areas, with a status indicator for each. No more having to scroll through a big Word document.
I explored how to design and build the tool — then vibe coded the solution using SAP UI5 Web Components, deployed to GitHub Pages.
Iterating with the team over time made me refine the logic, functionality and user experience.
When I showed the card-based board view, the reaction was immediate: "that's heaven."
Iterations for a motivational presentation on the future of design and AI.
Early prototype iterations
A keynote for designers and developers at SAP about what it actually means to design with AI. Not a new toolset — a new mindset. The work covers concept development, narrative structure, content design, and speaker scripting. Developed in a team of four.
Working through different conceptual and visual directions, we explored ideas of human emotion and machine logic, and the harder question of whether progress requires unlearning more than learning. What beliefs and habits should we be willing to let go of? Design is no longer about what users do — it's about what they achieve.
One provocation ran through all directions: garbage in, garbage out. If AI only amplifies what you give it, your judgment and curiosity matter more than ever — not less. The keynote closes with a vision of humans and machines as collaborators — not competitors.
Below: AI generated visuals to back up and illustrate the story.
Testing how to visually show the difference of designing tomorrow Vs. today.
Much of my work is translating complex information into simple, understandable, engaging communication — whether for a specific deliverable, data visualisation, or marketing materials.
I've developed and maintain a set of presentation guidelines used across the organisation as a baseline for consistent, on-brand communication. From there, hands-on consulting produces tailored solutions: slide designs, templates, and reusable formats for recurring deliverables — product council updates, reports, performance dashboards, metrics overviews, researcher toolkits.
Guidelines for consistent presentations:
